Annual Report 2017
We are honored to present our annual report for 2017, a year our staff and volunteers developed a mechanism for anyone to easily and directly help individuals and families experiencing resettlement in America.
In 2017, over 53,000 refugees were resettled in the United States, most of whom are children and parents.
Many Americans, think of these families in their communities, and wonder: What can I do to help? What began as one mom helping another mom turned into a nonprofit organization serving over 250 families (1,500 individuals!) -- mostly families with young kids resettling in America from Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq and Yemen.
This report is an overview of what’s possible with a big idea and a group of renegade solvers ready to help. There is no limit to what we can do together.
