The Miry's List Welcome Workshop began in 2020, responding to the most urgent need for supplies by new arrival families during COVID-19. The space was professionally organized and designed by Ever So Organized. This staffed space is where we store donated supplies and sort, pack and ship approximately 300 packages per month to new arrival families in 21 states nationally.

In September 2021, the New York Times published a front-page photo of our Welcome Workshop. Since then, we've received thousands of donated brand new items, including housewares, clothing, school supplies, diapers, and so much more, which have been sent directly to new arrival families by the hard work of our staff and generous volunteers since its creation.
